Foundation Book of Remembrance on display in hospital lobby.

The Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation's Book of Remembrance is on display in the lobby of Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center.  The small embossed silver book lies on a table on the north side of the lobby.  In the book are listed the names of those honored in memorials as well as those who wish to honor their loved ones and friends.  Divided into sections, the book also lists the donors to the foundation according to the designated level at which they have donated.  A special section is also available to honor loved ones who are still alive.  Please stop by the hospital lobby and enjoy looking through our Book of Remembrance.
