Foundation Offers Scholarships
Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation is offering scholarships to local students studying in the healthcare fields. The total amount to be awarded this year is $1000.00, with awards dependant upon how many scholarship applications are received. Any student in a college-level healthcare field may submit an application. Please contact Marci Koepplin at the Development Coordinator's Office for applications and further information.
The Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation was founded in 2006 to accept and manage donations in a manner that will benefit Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center and its affiliated clinics. The funds are managed by a five-member board of directors. The funds used for the scholarships were specifically designated for scholarships at the time of donation by Dr. Edward F. Fogarty, III, and his wife Carolyn.
