•  This October 15, 2011, the foundation is holding its Third Annual Prime Rib Supper.  Volunteers are needed to help run the skills games that we plan to have at our event.  If you are interested, please contact Marci Koepplin at 584-2792 or Rae Ellison at 584-2525.

Donate with your Mind

• If you are a professional who wishes to donate your services, we accept in-kind donations.

• If you have experience with dealing with nonprofit issues and have information to offer or wish to be a board member, please contact Marci Koepplin, Development Coordinator, at 584-2792.

Donate with your finances

• Leave A Legacy.  Contact your financial advisor and plan to include Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation in your will.  Your loved ones within the community will benefit from your generosity for generations to come.

• Give a memorial gift or a gift to honor a living loved one.  Send a check along with the information regarding who the gift is in memory of or in honor of and who you would like an acknowledgement sent to, and the foundation office will send the acknowledgement card as well as noting the gift in the foundation's Book of Remembrance in the hospital Lobby.

• Make a donation.  Any monetary gift benefits Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center and its affiliated clinics.  Remember, the Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization.  This makes your donations tax-dedcuctible.
