Foundation Board Members

FOUNDATION ELECTS ELROY HERBEL TO BOARD 

Carlton Levorsen, Aaron Levorsen, Jerome Roehrich, Elroy Herbel, Duane Schatz

The Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation elected Elroy Herbel to the Foundation Board at their December meeting.  Elroy was elected to fill the position on the board left empty when former board member Bonnie Hauck passed away in November of 2009.  Mr. Herbel was on the board when the foundation was initially formed in 2006, as he was part of the steering committee set up to oversee the formation of the foundation.  Those same initial board members now comprise the board once again. The picture above was taken at Elgin Days 2007 of those initial board members.

• Carlton Levorsen, Sec/Treas.
• Aaron Levorsen, voting member  
• Elroy Herbel, voting member

Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation may contact a Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center Board Member or Duane Schatz, president of the Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation.  The Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center Board of Directors serves as the nominating committee for the foundation's board of directors.
