Foundation
The Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation was incorporated in 2006. It was founded to ensure the hospital, nursing home, and clinics will be able to provide quality health care for years to come through pledges and donations given to the foundation and used in support of the Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center and affiliated clinics. The foundation volunteer board of directors manages the contributed funds.
Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation is dedicated to supporting the JMHCC mission to advance the health of patients and the communities served through a culture of leadership, continuous improvement and accountability for generations to come.
