Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation
The Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation was founded in 2006 to accept and manage donations in a manner that will benefit Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center and its affiliated clinics. The funds are managed by a five-member board of directors. Donated funds may be designated for special use such as endowment funds, scholarship funds, facility-improvement funds, or memorial funds. Donations may also be given as general donations to be used for needs as determined by the board of directors. The foundation is an IRS 501 (c ) 3 corporation, so donations to the foundation are tax-deductible.
