Donations:
Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation  accepts online donations through PayPal.  Payment per PayPal is secured through their website with information used only as per their privacy policies.  Please note that though the donation site shows Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center as the recipient, donations will actually be sent to the Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation and will be tax-exempt.  You will receive confirmation of your donation from Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation.

 

The names of donors to the Jacobson Memorial Hospital Foundation are published in a Book of Remembrance.  Future plans are to also post them on a Donor Wall Plaque in the hospital lobby.    

       

Memorials are acknowledged with a personalized card to the family of the person the gift is given in memory of as well as listed in the Book of Remembrance.  No financial information as to amounts of these donations is disclosed publicly or privately unless specific permission has been given by the donor.

             

Corporate donations are publicized unless otherwise indicated.
