E-mail a Patient

Making connections with family and friends is important to the healing process.  To facilitate this, our volunteers now make it possible for our patients to receive email messages.  To send an email, fill out the form below, completing all spaces to make sure your friend or loved one receives your message.
 
Printed email messages will be delivered Monday through Friday, and emails received before 11 a.m. will be delivered the same day.  Those received after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered by the next day.  Messages received on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be delivered the next business day.

Disclaimer: You may not receive an email confirming your message has been delivered. The patient will not be able to reply to your message. Please be aware that emails will not be forwarded to discharged patients. All undeliverable emails will be safely discarded.

Emailed messages are printed out by volunteers and delivered by hand. With this in mind, please do not include information you do not want seen by our volunteers.
