Dr. Walgampaya Leaving Hospital's Service

Thursday, May 22nd will be Dr. Dakshina Walgampaya's last day at the Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center and Elgin Community Clinic.  He has taken a job elsewhere and will be leaving the Elgin community.  Sadly, we say good-bye to this excellent physician and wish him the best of luck in his new position.  To reassure those who need medical care, Dr. Ben Muscha will be filling the physician's role from May 23rd to May 27th and Dr. S.K. Patel will be in Elgin, providing medical care at the Elgin Community Clinic and the Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center from May 27th through June 6th. 

Hebron Clinic Closing

The Hebron Clnic will close following regular business hours on Friday, May 23, 2008. 

The Hebron Clinic will be staffed from the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following dates to provide patients the opportunity to request copies of their medical records:  May 27, 28, 29 and June 2, 4, 5, 9, 11, 12.  After June 12th, patients may call the medical records department at Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center at (701) 584-2792 to request copies of their medical records.
