Please remember, after June 12th, 2008, patients may call the medical records department at
Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center at (701) 584-2792 to request copies of their medical records.

Jacobson Memorial Hospital Trauma Certification
The North Dakota Department of Health State Designation has been renewed for Jacobson Memorial Hospital as a Level V Trauma Center for the next two years. Marcy Dawson, RN, is the trauma coordinator for Jacobson Memorial Hospital Care Center.
